Yet another licensing question...

I have read through the licensing questions in the forum and read the answers several times. I'm still confused as hell. I am purchasing a new server on which I want to run KVM VMs.

Do I install SolusVM on a minimal installation of CentOS or do I perform a minimal install of CentOS, install KVM, and create a VPS on which to install SolusVM? What is the required licensing for each scenario?

Let's see if I have it right...

Install CentOS.
Perform a slave installation of SolusVM.
Create a VPS.
Perform a master installation of SolusVM.

Yes that's correct. You'd perform the master installation inside the VPS.

Excellent. So all I need to order then is one SolusVM Slave Only Master License for each of my physical servers plus one SolusVM Enterprise Master License to install on a VPS on one of the servers then, correct?

Yes that's all you need to do. Simply order that and add the amount of slaves you will have. The slaves can be upgraded/downgraded at any time.
